Trivia
Ever wonder what the name William means?
The name William is a composition of the German (Teutonic) stem 'wilja' (want, wish) and 'helm' (helmet, protection). So the name means 'the powerful protector'.
The name James or Jim, William's character on Roswell, is derived from the name Jacob. The name originates from the Hebrew 'ja’aqób' which possibly means
'he grabbed the heel, he supplanted (his brother)', from the bible story of Jacob and Esau, the sons of Isaac.
